Had state and safety inspections today along with a transmission fluid flush and change. Odyssey shifts smoothly now and and feels more responsive when applying the accelerator. Thanks for the transmission service recommendation Jordan!

Super friendly staff, got checked in fairly quickly. Waited for my oil change and tire rotation (I had scheduled an appt.). Clean, spacious waiting area, and clean restroom was available. Told the process should take an hour or so, so I sat down to wait. 2 1/2 hours later (no exaggeration!), I was told my CRV was ready. If I’d know it would take that long, I would have walked to get some lunch. But the oil change was free, so who am I to complain?

My salesman was Anthony. He was excellent. I felt no pressure dealing with him. He was extremely knowledgeable with every option about the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership for pickup, the transaction went smoothly. I was told that the transaction for pickup (including signing papers) would only take no more than 30 minutes. Boy, were they right! I was in and out In under 20 minutes. Thanks again for the wonderful experience! Rohrich, you rock!

My 2024 Honda CRV was recalled this fall for a reported issue from other consumers . After many calls to confirm the part was in, it finally arrived and I was notified as promised. Rohrich called and scheduled the free repair. My inspection was also done at the same time. Service was prompt and efficient. I was notified once everything was completed. Good service with friendly service representatives.

My battery died so I stop to get it checked, I had no appointment, they got me in and out fast with a new battery , employees very polite and professional, thank you Marcus Branch for the great service!! Well jus went back for an oil change and as always was treated like one of the family , the service advisors here are always amazing and take good care of you while their top notch mechanics work on your car , if you want great service for your Honda., stop by here you won't be disappointed !
